October 1, 2020 Crocus Quilt Guild meeting
Our guild was able to have a face to face meeting for the first time since the pandemic began earlier inthe year.
It was great to see so many members in attendance. We started the evening with a general meeting, voted in some new executive members and completed out report on our raffle draw.
Many members have been busy over the summer as you can see by all the great pieces shared in show and tell.

The Crocus Quilt Guild was supposed to be hosting our bi-annual quilt show this September, but with the world pandemic we had to cancell a number of months ago.
We are happy that we were able to carry on with our quilt raffle and appreciated the wonderful support from people near and far.
Instead of our indoor event we were able to have an outdoor impromptu quilt show just prior to the raffle draw, just across the street from the Watson Arts Centre which worked out being an attraction for the Dauphin Yard Frindge event taking place. Thank you to all who particpated.
Hope to see you all soon. We are able to have a face to face meeting (social distancing will be followed, and sanitizor and masks are mandatory) on Thursday, October 1st at 7:00 pm at the Watson Arts Centre upstairs auditorium.
